Our site is a resource for homeowners to find legal documents, minutes of both annual and board meetings, wildlife policies and procedures, and architectural policies and procedures. In addition, Owner Information is provided. Most files are password protected so that only owners can view the documents. Contact the SFOA Secretary by phone to receive the userid and password. Seven Falls is located in the Texas Hill Country north of Stonewall on Ranch Road 2721. BOARD, OFFICERS, AND COMMITTEES The Seven Falls board is comprised of five directors who serve staggered three-year terms and who are elected by a majority of the owners. The Architectural Committee (AC) is comprised of five homeowners and is elected by a majority of the owners. The AC approves all construction on lots in the Seven Falls Development. This section provides information about the procedures for building a home in Seven Falls. The Wildlife Management Committee is appointed by the Board of Diretors and is responsible for implementation of the Seven Falls Wildlife Management Plan. This section provides the initial wildlife plan filed with Gillespie County, annual wildlife reports, 1D1 Applications, deer harvests, and bird counts. Owner information includes names of homeowners and pictures. A userid and password are required.
