Architectural Policies
Seven Falls Ranch has certain architectural policies. These policies conform to Gillespie County's governing bodies and the Seven Falls Owners Association. The Articles of Incorporation, Dedication and Restrictions, and the Bylaws outline the duties of the Board of Directors and the Architectural Committee. Each has specific duties.
Responsibilities
