All requests for construction or any improvement within a Property shall be sent to the Chairperson of the Architectural Committee. All communications from the Committee to homeowners shall only be from the Chairperson.
The Chairperson shall send the request to the other Committee members. The review of the request will be handled as expeditiously as possible. There may be a request for more information. The committee will follow Section 5 - Restrictive Covenants of the Dedication and Restrictions .
Once all information is collected and reviewed, the Chairperson shall ask for a vote by the Committee members. A majority vote is required as provided in the Restrictions.
Once the Committee has made a decision, the Chairperson shall notify the homeowner of the outcome.
