SFOA Board Responsibilites
The Board of the Seven Falls Owners Association (SFOA) establishes the architectural styles, easements, and other building restrictions that the architectural committees can not vary.
Under the purview of the SFOA Board from Section 5 Restrictive Covenants are the following:

- 4. On Site Construction: Note: The relocation of reconstruction of a structure of historic quality and integrity to be used as an accessory building shall be permitted. This allows that historic buildings to be built as an accessory buildings and these historical buildings should not be included in the restriction of the number of other buildings (family house, servants' quarters, gastehauses, and out buildings) that a Tract may have. However, these historical building would still need to be approved by the Architectural Committee.
