Sample Wildlife Reports
The first time you submit your wildlife management paperwork, you are required to complete the 50-129 and the Management Plan. In subsequent years, you are required to submit only the Management Report. Below are sample wildlife reports, homeowners have submitted in past years.
- Sample Wildlife Management Plan - Submit First Year
- This forms advises the Appraiser of the wildlife management activities you intend to undertake on your property for the foreseeable future. This form along with the 50-129 are only required in the first year, although if you decide to change your wildlife management activities significantly, it's best to submit a new plan.
- Sample 1 Annual Wildlife Management Report
- Sample 2 Annual Wildlife Management Report
- This report is submitted in all subsequent years. It advises the Appraiser of the wildlife management activities you have completed for the year, and it should align with the activities listed in your management plan. The Appraiser is looking to see that you are fulfilling the intentions described in your management plan.
- Note: The two 1-D-1 forms are virtually identical; however, each form is titled differently and has a different reference number at the bottom of the form. Check the headings at the top - one is a management plan, form PWD 885-W7000 and the other is an annual report, form PWD 888-W7000.
